Departing managers, Rachel and Chris would like to say a huge thank you to the many campers that they’ve had the pleasure of welcoming to the site over these past few years, who have helped make their time at Postern Hill immensely enjoyable – they will miss you all!

Forestry England Camping at Postern Hill is closed for the winter while Forestry England is considering options for the future of the site. They’re excited to be able to share more information in due course and will continue to manage Savernake Forest in line with the commitments made to the forest and local communities in the ‘Our Shared Forest’ land management plan.
