Welcome to Postern Hill campsite, we wish you a enjoyable stay, we really do want to you enjoy our campsite and everything it has to offer, but please read the following before booking your holiday, to ensure our site rules don't hinder your plans:
For the safety of all our visitors
The main site gates are locked between the hours of 10.00pm and 07.30am. Any movement of vehicles, with the exception of Blue Light emergencies are strictly prohibited between these times, and we're sorry we cannot accept arrivals after the gates are locked.
We highly recommend you do not attempt to pitch in the dark. Our staff live on site, so should you expect to arrive later please arrange a late arrival with the site directly. Should you find yourself un-expectantly delayed on your journey, please call the site to revise your estimated time of arrival (ETA) and make arrangements for access.
During winter months the office hours are more restricted, but on your arrival, if the office is closed please ring the "Door Bell" or call the number posted on the office door, and a member of the team will happily come to greet and welcome you.
Please respect the sites one way system , for everyone's safety please adhere to a strict 5mph speed limit.
To protect our beautiful forests, the burning of wood is strictly prohibited. Charcoal only BBQs are allowed, providing they are raised off the ground. BBQs must be extinguished by 10.00pm.
Due to fire safety, you must pitch at least six metres away from another camping unit.
If this rule is not adhered to you will be asked to re-pitch.

In an emergency staff can be contacted by calling the emergency phone number displayed on the site office.

To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:30pm.
No load music is allowed on site after 10.00pm.
Please refrain from driving around site after 10:00pm. If you find you need to,
please keep to the site speed limited is 5mph.
Visitors are welcome on site (charges do apply, please ask at reception).
Any visitors will be required to depart the site by 9.30pm.
Please keep dogs on leads at all times and please use the dog bins provided.
If there is an incident on-site involving your dog, please note that you
may be asked to leave the site immediately.
